The Regulations you are reading apply to the provision of Digital Content and Digital Services available online at https://freedomjobs.it.
Definitions

Store – websites available at [platform address], which include the services provided by freedomjobs.it.
Paid Job Posting Form – a form used to submit paid job postings on the platform. To complete the form, the Customer must add job listings to the Shopping Cart, select a payment method, and provide necessary details for processing the order.
Job Application Form – a form used to apply for job postings on the platform.
Contact Form – a form available on the website that allows users to send a message to the Service Provider.
Client – a natural person or legal entity that uses the platform, either as a Consumer or Entrepreneur, to purchase services like job postings or to apply for jobs.
Consumer – a natural person entering into a legal transaction with freedomjobs.it that is not directly related to their business or professional activities.
Entrepreneur – a natural person or legal entity conducting business activity and purchasing services (e.g., job postings) where the transaction is directly related to the business activity and has a professional nature.
User – a natural person who is granted access to certain services or digital content (e.g., job application or job posting) on the platform but is not the same person as the Customer.
Digital Content – data generated and provided in digital form, which may include job posting templates, reports, or other digital services offered on the platform.
Digital Service – a service that allows the creation, storage, or access to data in digital form, or that enables the sharing of digital data uploaded by the User or Customer.
Product – any digital service or content offered on the platform (e.g., job postings), which is the subject of an agreement between the Client and freedomjobs.it.
Price – the fee, including taxes, that the Customer is required to pay for the services provided by freedomjobs.it, such as job postings.
Electronic Service – a service provided electronically by freedomjobs.it to the Customer via the platform.
Technical Requirements – the minimum technical specifications required to use the platform’s services, such as a computer with internet access, a valid email address, and an up-to-date web browser (e.g., Chrome, Safari).
Agreement – a contract between the Customer and freedomjobs.it for the provision of services such as job postings, concluded when the Customer submits an order via the platform and completes payment.
Service Agreement – an agreement between the Customer and freedomjobs.it for the provision of electronic services, governed by these Terms and Conditions.
Order – the Customer’s declaration of intent made via the Paid Job Posting Form, in which the Customer provides the necessary data and agrees to the purchase of a service (e.g., job posting) from freedomjobs.it.
Business Day – any day from Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays in Poland or the country of service delivery.
Shopping Cart – an electronic tool available on the platform that enables Customers to place an order for services like job postings, apply discount codes, and view a summary of the total Price.
Promotions – special offers introduced by freedomjobs.it that provide discounts or other benefits to Customers under specific terms.
Regulations – this document outlining the rules for concluding agreements and the terms for providing and using services offered by freedomjobs.it.
General Provisions
These Terms and Conditions define the rules for the conclusion of agreements for Products and services, including job postings and job applications, as well as procedures for handling complaints, conditions for withdrawal from agreements, and the types and scope of services provided electronically by freedomjobs.it via its platform at [platform address]. They also establish the terms for concluding and terminating electronic service agreements.
Each Customer, by using the services of freedomjobs.it, agrees to comply with these Terms and Conditions.
In matters not covered by these Terms and Conditions, the provisions of generally applicable law shall apply, including but not limited to:
- The Act on the Provision of Electronic Services of 18 July 2002,
- The Consumer Rights Act of 30 May 2014,
- The Act on Extrajudicial Resolution of Consumer Disputes of 23 September 2016,
- The Act on Combating Unfair Market Practices of 23 August 2007,
- The Civil Code of 23 April 1964, and other relevant provisions of Polish law.
The Service Provider has designated an electronic Point of Contact for direct communication with EU Member State authorities, the European Commission, and the Digital Services Board. This Point of Contact is also available for Customers to communicate directly with the Service Provider, with communication possible in Polish or English.
The Service Provider reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on the website. Customers will be notified of significant changes via email. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms and Conditions.
Electronic Services on the Store website
freedomjobs.it provides the following electronic services through its platform:
a) Job Posting Service: Allows Entrepreneurs to post job offers for a fee. b) Job Application Service: Enables Users to apply for posted jobs. c) Account Maintenance: Provides Customers with a personal account to manage their activities on the platform. d) Newsletter: Delivers information about new job postings and platform updates to subscribed Users.
The use of the Job Posting Service is subject to payment and is available only to Entrepreneurs. The Job Application Service, Account Maintenance, and Newsletter are provided free of charge.
The Job Posting Service agreement is concluded for a fixed term of 30 days, starting from the date of publication of the job offer on the platform.
The Account Maintenance service is provided for an indefinite period, starting from the moment of account creation until its deletion by the Customer or freedomjobs.it.
The Newsletter service is provided for an indefinite period, starting from the moment of subscription until cancellation by the User or termination by freedomjobs.it.
freedomjobs.it reserves the right to terminate the provision of any electronic service with immediate effect in case of violation of these Terms and Conditions by the Customer or User.
Technical Requirements for using the Electronic Services:
- A device with internet access
- An up-to-date web browser (e.g., Chrome, Firefox, Safari)
- An active email account
- Cookies and JavaScript enabled in the web browser
The Customer or User is prohibited from providing illegal content, violating the rights of third parties, or acting in a manner that could disrupt the functioning of the platform.
Conclusion and execution of the Agreement and payments
To post a job offer, the Entrepreneur must: a) Fill out the Paid Job Posting Form b) Accept these Terms and Conditions c) Click the “Order and Pay” button d) Make the payment using the Stripe payment system
Upon successful payment, the Agreement is considered concluded, and the job offer will be published within 24 hours.
The Price for the job posting service is as specified on the platform at the time of placing the Order.
All prices are given in USD or EUR and include all applicable taxes.
freedomjobs.it uses Stripe for payment processing. By using our services, you agree to Stripe’s Terms of Service (https://stripe.com/legal).
Invoices for the services will be sent electronically to the email address provided by the Entrepreneur.
freedomjobs.it reserves the right to refuse service to any Entrepreneur for any reason, including but not limited to suspected fraudulent activity or violation of these Terms and Conditions.
Job postings that violate applicable laws, infringe on third-party rights, or contain inappropriate content may be removed without refund.
freedomjobs.it does not guarantee any specific results from job postings and is not responsible for the quality or quantity of applications received.
Digital Content and Services
The primary Digital Content and Services provided by freedomjobs.it include: a) Job posting listings b) Job application forms c) User account dashboards d) Newsletter content
freedomjobs.it grants Customers and Users a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Digital Content and Services for their intended purposes.
Customers and Users are prohibited from: a) Copying, modifying, or distributing the Digital Content and Services b) Reverse engineering or attempting to extract the source code of the platform c) Using the Digital Content and Services for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
freedomjobs.it retains all intellectual property rights related to the Digital Content and Services provided on the platform.
freedomjobs.it reserves the right to modify, update, or discontinue any Digital Content or Service at any time without prior notice.
While freedomjobs.it strives to ensure the accuracy and reliability of its Digital Content and Services, it does not guarantee their completeness, timeliness, or error-free nature.
freedomjobs.it is not responsible for any loss or damage resulting from reliance on the Digital Content or Services provided on the platform.
Data Protection and Privacy
freedomjobs.it processes personal data in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and applicable local laws.

By using our services, Customers and Users consent to the collection and processing of their personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.
Entrepreneurs posting job offers are considered data controllers for the personal data of job applicants they receive through our platform. They are responsible for complying with applicable data protection laws in their handling of this data.
Liability Limitations
freedomjobs.it shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from the use or inability to use our services.
Our total liability for any claim arising from or relating to these Terms and Conditions shall not exceed the amount paid by the Customer for the specific service giving rise to such claim.
These limitations of liability do not apply to damages resulting from intentional misconduct or gross negligence on our part.
Dispute Resolution
Any disputes arising from these Terms and Conditions shall be resolved amicably through negotiation between the parties.
If an amicable resolution cannot be reached, the dispute shall be submitted to the competent court in Poland.

Final Provisions
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Poland.
If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
The failure of freedomjobs.it to enforce any right or provision of these Terms and Conditions shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.
These Terms and Conditions constitute the entire agreement between the Customer and freedomjobs.it regarding the use of our services.
